Eagles Nest Homes was the subject of an article
in Quality Digest, a publication which recognizes only products of the highest quality.
The article focused on the quality assurance, efficiency of production, and rigid
standards which are an integral part of the manufacturing process. The growth of
Eagles Nest Homes on an international scale is due, in part, to its reputation for
quality, and we are proud to be the only producer of manufactured housing to be recognized
and featured by this fine publication.

“I love my Eagle’s Nest House, its quality and
appearance. Taking into consideration that I bought a luxury model 1700
with upgrades and options, including many interior materials which
exceed builders grade, and pricing the house package at retail, I was
able to complete my house in ready-to-live condition at a net cost of
only $31 per sq. ft. Having built three two-story Eagle’s Nest Houses,
I continue to be impressed with the efficiency, accuracy and
coordination expertise exhibited by your factory. Not once has anything
been damaged, omitted, or shipped in the incorrect size. The factory
management, personnel, and the drivers who deliver the houses are a real
credit to your organization. Two friends, one an engineer the other in
construction, both said that the factory workmanship and quality of
materials were exceptional.”

“Our 2,034 square foot Eagle’s Nest House turned out
to have a very inviting and attractive atmosphere. We were offered
$240,000 for this model house.”

“. . . The construction cost of this project came to
$84,000. Model (2000S) including the price of the land . . . I have been
offered as much as $128,000 for this house . . .”

“I love the County French, its beauty and quality. I
have $219,000 in this home complete, it appraised for $252,000. I have
also built the Villa and the Tudor and I am very pleased with the
quality costs and assistance.”

“We love living in our Eagle’s Nest. Nothing about
the company or their products has disappointed us. It was everything the
Eagle’s Nest people said it would be, maybe more; it arrived on time,
nothing was broken or missing when we unloaded the trucks, and it was
under roof in a week. We just came through our first winter on the water
and realized how well built, well insulated, and warm the house really
is. During the construction process we were our own general contractor,
and we didn’t skimp, 14 decks, lots of glass, a wood mode kitchen, a 3
zone high efficiency Rudd gas heating and air conditioning system,
central vac, 57 recessed lights, and we did it all for less than $50 per
square foot. Not bad when similar quality construction on the shore
currently approaches the $75 per square foot range. Eagle’s Nest
probably saved us $80,000.

“Our model House is now furnished and landscaped and
getting raves from virtually everyone who has seen it. The workmanship
is superb to compliment the basic product, and numerous people, who
originally had no interest in a ‘round house’ left pleasantly
surprised at the least and often amazed with the interior arrangement.
Being one of only six approved and preferred builders in a 3,900 acre
resort development with an Arnold Palmer designed golf course and skiing
facilities to be endorsed by several Olympic Gold Medallists in the near
future, there are tremendous opportunities there.
