R-19 sidewall and R-30 ceiling and greater with 2 x 6 sidewalls.

Certainly! Most can be constructed:
A. As a package to be erected by the owner at an approximate price of $9.10 per square foot and up.
B. As an erected shell ready for the completion of the interior at an approximate price of
$11.10 per square foot and up.
C. Builders/owners have received appraisals from $8-15 per square foot higher than
construction costs on completed houses.

An average Eagle’s Nest House can be completely ready for interior
