Eagle’s Nest Homes
Why panelized or system building...
|
Why Panelized Building, or System Engineered Building Reduces Costs,
Saves Time and Delivers More Quality.
Successful entrepreneurs and educators who train those seeking business opportunities
are well aware that in most cases, to sell a product, you sell the process and the
results – like our extraordinary savings on a completed home.
But, our product, panelized house packages, have significant advantages for the buyer.
It is important to remember that the savings do not result from the panelized kit home
package but from the owner/builder process defined by Eagle's Nest.

has begun to dominate the building industry with over 50% of all homes constructed
throughout the United States utilizing some component built systems. Panelization has been a business opportunity for savvy builders for decades." to "Panel Built Homes has been a business opportunity for savvy builders for decades.
Pre-building wall panels in a controlled environment is a natural evolution
in the building industry resulting from the dominant use of roof truss systems
in homes for many decades.
The wall panels can be constructed with a variety of window styles installed,
a finished or unfinished siding, with rigid insulation and other options.
Panelization is widely accepted, considered to be a site built home, well
engineered and easier to construct than older building techniques.

CHARLES WESTBROOK
This 2,548 sq. ft. (living space w/ garage) home was “totally erected” in 24.75 hours
by an 8- man crew of experienced and inexperienced personnel. The owners moved in 73
days after the arrival of the second container.
The total cost of the home is $193,750, which includes $40,000 for the lot. The completed appraisal is $295,350. This created a $101,600 equity position at move in date. “I would say this is a very affordable and valuable purchase.”

TUDOR
“After dry-in, which took 11 days for the 2,500 sq. ft. superstructure, the project
proceeded very smoothly. The homeowners happily completed their dream home with
$19,000 equity.”
|
The benefits are numerous; a faster, simpler erection process that saves time and money.
With Eagle’s Nest the quality of material utilized is far superior to traditional
“stick framing” and since price is a pre-determined quantity, lenders and buyers
recognize the importance of eliminating the dangerous cost variables in labor and
material which can result from the “traditional stick framing” process.
