About Eagle’s Nest Homes                                        Erection of a Panelized Home...

These pictures represent the erection of a beautiful and more complex panelized package – The Country French.

The time to erect a package utilizing a local framing crew of 4 or more working a full day depends on the square footage and complexity of the roof design.

A typical 2,200 sq. ft. package generally requires 5-days from a finished foundation to dry-in.

A more complex Country French typically required 20-days, which includes interior wall installation by the crew.

Whether the erection of the package is a simple home or a complex home, the procedure is basically the same…easier and faster than “stick built”, but panelized is considered by appraisal to be “stick built”.
